Hi, I'm Robbie Torres, a cermacist currently based in Oakland, CA.
I enjoy making unique, functional pottery that I hope bring their owners joy with every use.
I fell in love with clay in 2018 at Valley of the Moon Pottery* in Santa Rosa where I learned that beautiful ceramics are made through feeling, practice, and intuition. In 2020 I purchased a wheel and kiln, and began to throw in my garage in Santa Rosa. I now live in Oakland and am loving spending time behind the wheel at Merritt Ceramics.
